How to play
The goal
With your partner, win at least as many tricks as you bid together. First partnership to 500 points wins.
Bidding and tricks
Each player bids a number of tricks; a nil bid promises none. You must follow suit; spades beat every other suit and cannot be led until broken.
Scoring
A made contract scores ten points per trick bid, plus one per overtrick (a bag). Every ten bags cost 100 points; a failed bid loses ten per trick bid; nil is 100 either way.

Is Spades free on Rondo?
Yes. Every game on Rondo is free to play. Coins and cosmetics are optional and never change the rules.
Do I need to register?
No. Install the app and tap Spades; a profile is created for you. You can link a Google or Apple account later to keep it across devices.
Can I play Spades with friends?
Yes. Challenge a friend, share a room code, or play by mail with someone in another time zone.
